Nextcloud文件更新延迟的解决办法

Nextcloud扫描时会遍历扫描存储路径，并写入到数据库。这样可以很好的提高效率。然而就是因为这样，自动扫描很可能不及时。这里给出一些解决方法。手动执行扫描结束。
